Will you travel anywhere in the world for an event?
Yes! We already provide our services throughout the UK. If you have an event out in Europe or further afield we’re more than happy to come with you to deliver our audio-visual services.
Do you have full company insurance and public liability insurance?
Absolutely! All our technical equipment is fully covered via our insurance company. Our insurance guys are a specialist events technology insurance group. From a personnel point of view all our technical staff have a minimum of £5,000,000 public liability insurance. We can provide all relevant documentation where required.
Can we have a film copy of the event afterwards?
Yes, we provide a high-definition film copy of your event to you afterwards. This is the entire event including any presentation elements. We provide this in both Apple ProRes (for editing purposes) & MPEG-4. All we require from you is a suitably sized external hard-drive.
Do you charge transport costs within Greater Manchester?
In most cases no. If we are working with clients at a venue within Greater Manchester we do not usually charge transport costs. Outside of Greater Manchester we charge a standard fee for transportation that is very competitive. Please do ask us if you require more details about this.
How long does it take to get our event photography back?
Where possible we aim to get your event photos back to you within a few days (depending on the length of your event). This would be discussed within the initial chat.
Are you happy to work alongside our chosen venues technicians?
Yes, we’d be delighted to. We work alongside lots of venue technicians, infact we’ve been venue technicians ourselves! We’ll happily speak to venues prior to your event & organise linking up with the venues technical facilities if necessary. We’re used to doing this!
As the law on data protection (DPA) is just about to change (GDPR) we are currently looking at the effect this will have on filming, recording & streaming conferences, live-events & meetings. It is more than likely that a disclaimer will need to be issued to your speakers prior to your event for them to sign. Please call us for more information regarding this.
